I am the Executive Director at Community Liberation Collective. I have over 15 years of experience working with and in under served and marginalized communities. I am justice impacted and determined to foster equity and equality for all people. I enjoy cultivating environments where individuals can grow and feel empowered.

I have my M.A. from Penn State in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership. I am certified in negotiation and influence and diversity and inclusion as a strategy. I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a management concentration from Western Washington University. Education has changed my life and given me an opportunity to share its power.

I received my Masters in counseling psychology and completed my Doctorate in Education and organizational leadership. My dissertation was on “The efficacy of peer mentorship services for justice-impacted women in reducing recidivism.” I am experienced in change management and instructional design. I am passionate about education, learning, and research and believe that it is imperative to shift the learning landscape to bring access to communities of color.

I believe that education can liberate us, and I hope to create systems that empower people and focus on restoration instead of punishment.
