Philosophy.
We seek to understand the learner’s perspective, language, values, and ways of knowing. Emphasizing diversity, cultural competence and strategies to reduce stereotypes when it comes to learning means that more people have access to learning, and the reflection of self and culture in curriculum means that more people are leaning into their intrinsic motivation to learn.
