Organizational Consulting

Our mission is to re-imagine systems, create opportunities without barriers and make space for people to grow, learn, and achieve. We believe this is best done in collaboration with all stakeholders so that change can be stewarded through an organization with fidelity.

We can facilitate change through communication feedback loops with staff and leadership, conducting process evaluations to better understand the organization’s impact and vision, providing suggestions for next steps, and facilitating support for employees during periods of organizational change and stabilization.

Interviews with Staff and Leadership

In addition to understanding your organizational policies, processes, and structure, we need to understand your organizational culture – what is the morale of your employees? What are the issues? What are people hoping to see changed? Through the use of semi-structured interviews and focus groups with leadership and staff, we will help to formulate your organization’s theory of change and next steps for initiating systemic change. Managing change effectively can ensure that organizations remain on the forefront of innovation.

Process Evaluation

A process evaluation and consultation can assist with finding workable solutions and allows us to become mutually involved with you in figuring out what the problem is, why it exists, and what can be done about it. We do this in collaboration with your leadership – we want to understand how you problem-solve, what interventions will work for your particular organization and culture and move forward in a way that will push your goals to the forefront.

Outcome Measures

Through the process evaluation and theory of change, we will provide metrics and impact measures in order to assess whether these changes have been effective within the organization. These are both formative and summative processes designed to ensure that all stakeholders are following through on agreed upon changes, and assess whether the changes meet the target goals.
